Sorry, I didn't think that needed mentioning, since there's nothing more
specific than "a lifetime of reading and speaking English". No more than
any other individual's ordinary experience might count for - i.e.,
primarily just a datapoint.

Yes, .cx, the domain from which the message to which I had been replying
was posted - which as soon as I thought about it I did recognize as
"Christmas Island". I guess that, for this purpose, they're just a msil
service of some sort...
