BTW, is there a (good) reason for libpostproc to override the install
location?

And on a related note, why is libpostproc in a subdir of libavcodec?
AFAICT it's independent from libavcodec, at least it compiles flawlessly
when moving it to the root dir after a few trivial changes in the
Makefile...
