For the record, that -a is not POSIX compliant. What a shame. GNU
strings is also not POSIX compliant in that it considers a string
any sequence of printable characters, whereas POSIX specifies a string
as a sequence of printable characters followed by null or newline. In
this respect the macosx version is compliant.
