Needs -parallel when compiling alsdec.c for correct results.

Could you point him to Intel issue 556938 (vc1_mc_4mv_chroma() in vc1dec.c gets
miscompiled with any optimisation)? I believe vc1 is still in more widespread
use than als (and one should always use -parallel with icc anyway).
