what are you trying to achive with this wording?
its not going to make ffmpeg more popular and i dont think its going to
help us in any other way either.
Besides its misleading, "we" above are not all ffmpeg developers but just a
small group and the "eventually sue you" is quite a bit above and beyond
reality, in some cases solutions will be found without court involvment and
while i dontg know what "we" does i dont think they will sue a 14 year old
who uploaded a modified ffmpeg somewhere and claims it to be all his work
but then i dont know what others plan to do ...

I suggest we write the truth and not something that sounds like its written
by a 18y old wannabe macho guy
