[FFmpeg-cvslog] tools/ffeval: do not use UNIX-specific /dev/std{in, out} files

tools/ffeval: do not use UNIX-specific /dev/std{in,out} files
Should fix behavior when the /dev/ directory is not defined (e.g. on
Windows).
