ffmpeg | branch: master | Ronald S. Bultje <rsbultje at gmail.com> | Sat Jan 25 20:30:07 2014 -0500| [c2871568cffe5c8a32ac7db35febf4267746395b] | committer: Michael Niedermayer
vp9: fix invalid ref frame w/h on size change.
Fixes invalid reads and crashes in vp90-2-05-resize.webm and fuzzed6.ivf.
The output is still not identical to what libvpx does (because we don't
actually scale in MC).
