[FFmpeg-cvslog] avi: Improve non-interleaved detection

avi: Improve non-interleaved detection
Additional fixes by Nigel Touati-Evans <nigel.touatievans at gmail.com>.
Check the index for streams with a time drift of 2s or a buffer drift
of 64MB.
