[FFmpeg-cvslog] avutil/parseutils: use quadhd for Quad HD

avutil/parseutils: use quadhd for Quad HD

qHD is 960x540 (q stands for quarter) and QHD is 2560x1440 (Q is quad).
use quadhd for QHD for abbreviation.
