[FFmpeg-cvslog] avcodec/sgidec: Avoid redundant private context

avcodec/sgidec: Avoid redundant private context

SGI is intra-frame only; the decoder therefore does not
maintain any state between frames, so remove
the private context.

Also rename depth to nb_components.
