[FFmpeg-cvslog] avcodec/huffyuv: Use AVCodecContext.(width|height) directly

avcodec/huffyuv: Use AVCodecContext.(width|height) directly

These parameters are easily accessible whereever they
are accessed, so using copies from HYuvContext is
unnecessary.
