checkasm/pixblockdsp: Be strict about MMX

There is no MMX code for pixblockdsp after commit
92b58002776edd3a3df03c90e8a3ab24b8f987de, so use declare_func
instead of declare_func_emms() to also test that we are not
in MMX mode after return.
