[FFmpeg-cvslog] fftools/ffmpeg_mux: inline of_muxer_init() into of_open()

fftools/ffmpeg_mux: inline of_muxer_init() into of_open()

A separate muxer init is no longer necessary, now that of_open() has
access to Muxer.
