[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavf/demux: treat streams with AVSTREAM_PARSE_FULL_RAW as having timestamps

lavf/demux: treat streams with AVSTREAM_PARSE_FULL_RAW as having timestamps

In this case the timestamps are set by the parser.
