[FFmpeg-cvslog] fftools/ffmpeg_mux: add muxing thread private data

fftools/ffmpeg_mux: add muxing thread private data

To be used for data that never needs to be visible outside of the muxer
thread. Start by moving the muxed AVPacket in there.
