[FFmpeg-cvslog] lavu/frame: improve AVFrame.opaque[_ref] documentation

lavu/frame: improve AVFrame.opaque[_ref] documentation

Make them match each other, mention interaction with
AV_CODEC_FLAG_COPY_OPAQUE.
