[FFmpeg-cvslog] tests/checkasm/sw_scale: Avoid declare_func_emms where possible

tests/checkasm/sw_scale: Avoid declare_func_emms where possible

This makes the test stricter because it is checked that the
MMX registers are not accidentally clobbered.
