[FFmpeg-cvslog] avformat/mov: don't assume iloc and iinf entries for each item_id will be in the same order

avformat/mov: don't assume iloc and iinf entries for each item_id will be in the same order
Nothing forbids them to be in any order the muxer desires.
Fixes demuxing heif samples generated by S1II.
