[01:55] <cone-187> ffmpeg.git 03Luca Abeni 0778e08fd340e0: rtpenc_aac: Fix 10l bug
[07:58] <ubitux> nyuhu: are you working on porting vf eq2 or someone can try to do it?
[08:18] <cone-713> ffmpeg.git 03James Zern 0712776d5d2a46: libvpxenc: Allow enabling constrained quality (CQ) mode
[08:18] <cone-713> ffmpeg.git 03Michael Niedermayer 07bc17a6f5c012: Merge remote-tracking branch 'qatar/master'
[09:02] <kriegerod> i have an idea to make mpegts demuxer to count data loss, i. e. count how many ts packets have been dropped. the only question is how to expose this information via lavf API to an application?
[10:20] <ubitux> margin & padding options added to vf tile, one option left and we should be able to drop mp=tile
[14:31] <nyuhu> ubitux : I am more on kerndeint and histeq than eq2 so if someone wants to do it Im fine with it
[14:31] <ubitux> ok
[14:31] <nyuhu> do you have someone in mind ?
[14:32] <ubitux> me, in case you decided to desert the project ;)
[14:32] <ubitux> but i've a lot of things in progress so well, not for now
[14:34] <nyuhu> okay :)
[15:51] <cone-65> ffmpeg.git 03Michael Niedermayer 074a289624545c: libopencore-amr: fix av_log() argument
[16:09] <cone-65> ffmpeg.git 03Michael Niedermayer 0760e028958c21: ffmdec: remove unused variable
[16:09] <cone-65> ffmpeg.git 03Michael Niedermayer 075ff43ec72dac: sctp: silence const warning
[17:24] <mateo`> Tjoppen: hi, what did you mean by "Please avoid having multiple points of truth" in your reply ?
[17:27] <TimNich> mateo`: more than one copy of AVrational timebase?
[17:32] <mateo`> TimNich: thx :)
[17:40] <Tjoppen> yeah, it already has edit_rate
[18:10] Action: TimNich is trying to find a printer that will print on paper 2m wide by 11m tall..;P
[18:25] <Compn> TimNich : bwahaha
[20:01] <cone-65> ffmpeg.git 03Michael Niedermayer 073affcc99a831: frame_thread_encoder: silence integer to pointer without cast warning
[20:48] <burek> hm, I've found some usb audio dongle for raspberry pi and tried to grab it with ffmpeg
[20:48] <burek> it works for first several seconds (~ 10 secs)
[20:48] <burek> and then it says ALSA buffer xrun [alsa @ 0x2dd4530] ALSA read error: No such device hw:1: Input/output error
[20:48] <burek> any suggestions where to look to debug this?
[21:06] <cone-65> ffmpeg.git 03Nicolas George 07aeb4d27dec4a: doc/faq: explain libfoo-dev packages.
[21:07] <gnafu> burek: I've heard the Pi has so-so quality USB :-P.
[21:13] <burek> that's because it's power supply is weak (over usb ports), but I put all my usb dongles on the usb hub, self powered
[21:13] <burek> so everything works great
[21:13] <burek> just I'm thinking maybe audio usb dongle is some cheap stuff which doesn't work
[21:14] <burek> it seems that not even arecord can record something longer than 1 minute from it
[21:14] <burek> i think i'll just by another one tomorrow :)
[21:15] <gnafu> Hehe.
[21:15] Action: gnafu hopes the Bluetooth dongle he bought for his Pi will work fine without a powered hub.
[21:15] <gnafu> I got one of those really tiny ones so I can use my PS3 remote with OpenELEC.
[21:16] <burek> well, whatever uses around 1A you'll need a hub for it
[21:16] <burek> wifi especially
[21:16] <burek> not sure about bt
[21:17] <gnafu> I guess we'll see :-).
[21:18] <gnafu> I just got it all up and running this morning before I left for work, so tonight will be the first actual use.
[21:18] <gnafu> I am powering it off of my router's USB port, so I'm sure that limits my available power as well :-P.
[21:18] <gnafu> But it's been on for ~5.5 hours so far without issue.
[21:19] <burek> pi can work off of any usb port
[21:19] <burek> but if you add usb devices that consume a lot of power, pi can't provide enough
[21:19] <burek> through its board :S
