I have been trying to compile ffmpeg x64 for quite sometime now with some success.  My OS is Windows 8.1 x64 and I'm using mingw-w64 with msys to compile.  I an confused as to what is best, what other commands/flags/etc I need to ensure a x64 ffmpeg build?  Also, what is
