please make this optional, ideally the decomposition count should be user 
setable and 0 -> no dwt
if the 5/3 dwt really turns out to be useless, iam not against completely 
removing it, but that shouldnt be done without fully understanding this, the 
coefficient coding also isnt designed for non-wavelet data, the ffv1 coder 
probably would do better ...
