[Ffmpeg-devel] MPEG-2 PS output not working (only MPEG-1)

i recently played around with the mpeg-2 program and transport stream output
of ffmpeg

first of all the manpage of ffmpeg still says that transport stream creation
is not possible (only decoding), but it seems to work, so this might be
fixed

than i noticed that no matter what output format i set i always get either a
mpeg-2 transport stream or a mpeg-1 program stream. now i wondered why its
not possible to get a mpeg-2 program stream? is this a bug or?
