[Ffmpeg-devel] ogg vorbis encode?

Is is just me or does the ogg vorbis audio encoder not work at all?
I was trying to test the vbr audio patch I'm working on, but it was no
use since I couldn't even get it to ogg vorbis from CVS as-is.
This is an example of what I get:
