[Ffmpeg-devel] JPEG Decoder & MPEG-2 Encoder Files

i forgot to mention that i need to compile those files with Visual C++ under Windows xp OS.

one more que. : how can i compile the ffmpeg with Visual C++ under Windows xp OS ?
