	Short answer: You can't.

	Longer answer: You can, but you will be primarily on your own for the 
endeavor since most of the developers expend their effort supporting gcc 
(and MinGW for Windows). With enough work you may get the library to 
compile under VC++ but you will sacrifice a lot of efficiency because 
the optimized SIMD functions will not assemble.
