On doom9.orgs Forum someone that it is the test for Premiere(a german 
payper view brodcaster with multiple Channels). On some Screenshots , i 
have s?en, was also the premiere Logo.

But the link from Gert Vervoort is of an old test for IBC last year. 
This are two different things.
