[Ffmpeg-devel] [BUG] different failing SVQ3 sample

Hello,

I was passed on an SVQ3 sample that does not decode properly.  I know
that the SVQ3 decoder is not perfect, but this sample does not show
artifacts like the other SVQ3 samples that fail, it shows no image at
all.

Maybe it helps to find out where the decoding problems originate.

Tested with MPlayer, xine and ffplay, it decodes fine with the QuickTime
DLL.

If this is the same problem as always, then sorry for the noise.
