-async 100 or similar does not help, sorry. Neither does using the mp4
container. I'm currently uploading a sample file to:

ftp://mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/incoming/avi_sync/jlo_ac3.mpg

Maybe someone can help me to find out how to generate a MPEG4/H264 video with
AC3 sound using ffmpeg?
