If i am not missing something here then it is a memleak which is
summing up depending on the time, so the core problem might be detectable
already with a small file. So i suggest you to upload a small file non
the less.
Other thing i didn't get yet (or overlooked), did you confirm the leak
is in ffmpeg code and not in code added by ffmpeg2theora?
