Changing of prefix="/c/Program Files/FFmpeg" in "configure" to
prefix="%PROGRAMFILES%/FFmpeg" lead to the creation of several
"%PROGRAMFILES%" directories inside the ffmpeg cvs-directory. The
environment variable %PROGRAMFILES% did unfortunately not expand to
"/c/Program Files" :(
