[Ffmpeg-devel] VP3 decoding issue

Just a note:

init_vlc fragment_run_length_vlc
incorrect codes
init_vlc mode_code_vlc
init_vlc motion_vector_vlc

So only the fragment_run_length vlc table is broken on PPC.
