[Ffmpeg-devel] dvb audio decoding is broken

My configure call looks like:
./configure --enable-shared --enable-pp --enable-shared-pp --enable-gpl --enable-a52

Found the bad spot: reverting mpegaudiodec.c
with the attached diff, fixes that for me.
