[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Add DESTDIR support to Makefiles excluding WIN32 build

Hi,

Following patch adds DESTDIR support to Makefiles. It doesn't touch 
CONFIG_WIN32 part because

- I can't test on win32 ( it will work if you use Gnu make anyway )
- It doesn't make much sense anyway on win32 ( imho but depends on how its 
packaged for win32 )
