[Ffmpeg-devel] [BUG]Broken image with FFmpeg Flash video decoder

Hi,

I've found this flv sample which, when playing with MPlaying using FFmpeg 
Flash video decoder will generate broken image with a lot of blocks all over 
the picture. At 39s, the body of Cell is completely distorted. But playing 
this file with Flash player, though the video quality is still very low, 
never generate so many artifacts.
