[Ffmpeg-devel] stdint.h and inttypes.h for non-C99 compilers

Here's another patch.

If you don't put these header in the include path stdint.h will not be 
used correctly.

For example if you use "msvc/inttypes.h" a Ccompiler should look 
<stdint.h> in the global include directories and not the local. To look 
in the locals you need to use double quotes.
