It wouldn't be me who actually does it, as I'm not well at math adn
I don't currently understand very well how the QCELP codec works :)

BTW, the PureVoice SDK that is freely downloadable on the Qualcomm site
could be used. I did without it because it's not available for platforms
other than Windows and Linux besides the precompiled library bundled in
the SDK is not compatible with recent glibc's. Is there any one who
tried with this?
