[Ffmpeg-devel] H.264 suppport

Hello all, I?m new using ffmpeg and I have some dudes about some codecs?
I?m currently developing a voip application, I need to add support for video 
using h264 codec, my question is  if ffmpeg does support encoding and 
decoding of h264 video, and if this h264 codec can grab and generate rtp 
packetization accordingly to rfc3984 spec.
