[Ffmpeg-devel] PATCH: executable suffix missing in /tests

The Makefile in the 'tests' directory does not make use of build suffixes.
Neither does the 'regression.sh' file in the same directory.... but i
don't know how to fix shell scripts yet. :P
So after applying this patch the make process will abort when trying to
use said script.
