[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] add cutoff freq to oggvorbis

Hello,
The patch to implement the newly-added audio cutoff frequency to the
vorbis encoder was a little more involved than I expected.  I had to
rework oggvorbis_init_encoder() a bit.
