Since when has vlc used this? It didn't the last time I built it, about
three days ago, from SVN - it still used autotools. menuconfig/kconfig is
pure evil, as is autotools mind, but at least autotools can be beaten into
submission and made work on very outdated not-quite-unix systems such as
BeOS, whereas menuconfig can not.
