[Ffmpeg-devel] Patch for stream timing in lavf/utils.c

Greetings,

    The attached diff addresses two issues:

    1) av_find_stream_info() was using AV_TIME_BASE rather than 
stream.time_base to calculate real frame rate.  This error was 
preventing it from detecting telecine.

    2) Increases DURATION_MAX_READ_SIZE from 250000 to 500000.  The 
previous number is too small to work on a vob from "Run Lola Run".
