[Ffmpeg-devel] ffserver Fix for segfault running RTSP streams, remove dummy_frame

I've found the problem that causes segfaults in rtsp setup as well as 
required the use of a "dummy frame":
 /* I'm pretty sure that this is not correct...
  * However, without it, we crash
  */

However, I've still got two patches that are uncommited and it is 
becoming troublesome to supply patches from my branch.  Is there any 
reason they are no good?
