this one:

(don't worry about the .exe you can just unzip it) has some issues,
though I'm not sure if it could be caused by some postprocessing in the
binary codec.
Ignoring the color issues for now (I also tested in MPlayer with -vf
format=y8,scale to check)
First, at the very beginning there are some blocky artefacts, most
noticeable to the right part of the picture.
Then later when the is the big TX logo, the smaller letters have a
strong ringing artefact that is at least not so strong with the binary
codec.
