[Ffmpeg-devel] unset variables used in libavcodec/Makefile

The variables DTS_INC, MLIB_INC, and IPP_INC are referenced in the
lavc makefile, but they are never set in any makefile or by configure.
The mplayer configure script does set these variables, so I guess
that's how they got there.

Is there some reason why the mplayer configure script can't set CFLAGS
instead?
