[Ffmpeg-devel] anybody have a perl wrapper for ffmpeg that actually transcodes?

Just curious...ffmpeg-perl is good, but genuinely problematic for trying to
accomplish something like this:

ffmpeg -i foofoo.avi -ar 44100 -b 8000 foo.flv
