[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] frame_hook_release ()

Hi,

Sorry for whining about this again. frame_hook_release() is not called 
from ffmpeg, so if one has vhook cleanups that need to be done, they 
aren't run.
Would the attached patch do? I've used it without problems for half a 
year now.
