Agreed.  It's making excellent progress, but I think Kostya will know
the right moment to enable it.  We don't need bug reports yet, there are
plenty of known samples that do not decode correctly yet, for starters

At least I removed the silly warning message ("This decoder will not
produce picture, don't believe your eyes.") ...
