[Ffmpeg-devel] FFMPEG Bug - aspect - padding

In gerenell ffmpeg with -aspect is working correct.

Though, when i combine -pad{top,bottoom} and -sapect
the aspect ratio  i entered gets  ignored.

If it is intented to work this way, i would love to see a switch that i  
can force it my ratio.
Since i calulate resolution, [pad,crop] and ratio and then really want 
to set it.

Only way to work around now is to encode it twice.
