I have a document labeled ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 29/WG 11N7129 and dated
April 2005, same as the 14496-3 specs on the ISO webstore.  I don't
know how this differs from the final version, if at all.  I'm afraid
the copyright doesn't allow me to share it legally.
