The postprocessing filters (deringing, deblocking & friends) have been
moved to ffmpeg/libavcodec/libpostproc, but mplayer still has a
"postproc" subdirectory, containing swscaler.
The idea is to move the content of that subdirectory to ffmpeg too :)

Those libraries are the postprocessing filters; swscaler is still
statically linked in mplayer.
